Craig responded very promptly on a Friday night, when we had no hot water or heating! He diagnosed the problem quickly, by asking us simple questions. He sourced and ordered the new parts on the Saturday morning and immediately came around to repair our boiler. He was very knowledgable, polite and friendly.
